About the Role
Are you an experienced Pest Management Surveyor ready for a new challenge — or an RSPH Level 2 qualified Technician looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and growing company that values professional development and quality service.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out detailed site surveys, identifying pest risks, and recommending effective, environmentally responsible solutions. You’ll work closely with both clients and operational teams to ensure our high standards of service and compliance are consistently met.
Full training will be provided for candidates progressing from a Service Technician role, with clear opportunities for career advancement within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pest management surveys for commercial & domestic clients
- Prepare accurate reports & quotations
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Drive new business opportunities
Requirements
- RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management (preferred, but not essential)
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
